Fun game! Took some getting used to compared to the version I grew up playing. Likes playing online, but some additional instructions wouldve been appreciated learning the rules
Im new to this version of backgammon, but so far I really like it. So far I havent experienced any obvious cheating like the regular version does. So far, so good!
Some bad moments
Very glitchy easy to get stuck where you cant move any pieces especially when bearing off
The pointing system is flawed. I just lost a straight game and was deducted 11 points, right after I won a game (double), I was awarded only 5 points.
I wish you could see yours and your opponents statistics.
I wish the music will change when the game starts, so that when youre waiting an opponent and get distracted, the change in music will alert you. I lost too many games without noticing that a game had started.
Being a long-time Backgammon addict, I was taken by surprise to get the pop-up about this Long Backgammon. Id never heard of it before, and was skeptical. But I tried it, and had to play it about ten times to figure out the game plan. Well, that was about a month ago, and now Im hooked. Now this is the only kind of Backgammon I play, and thats saying a LOT (ask my husband). The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because just like this developers (regular) Backgammon game, there are fiddlybits that would certainly be appreciated.
Granted anything approaching true randomness would be beyond the reach of most apps but this doesnt come close. Play live or go home.
Better than average soundtrack though.
The computer will have5,6,7,8 people in a row and its allowed to do it but when you try to put five guys or six guys in a row to block the computer it will not allow you to block the computer I get this game at one
